2. All payments must be made via Maybank2u or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to our bank account listed at point of check out. Orders will be shipped once the payment has been verified.

3. Should an incorrect address be given, Sita has the rights to charge for any extra delivery costs incurred.

4. If the goods you have ordered arrive faulty or damaged within the first 21 days after delivery, we will dispatch a new set of goods to you as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned to us at no additional carriage charge.
